Privacy Policy
Last updated June 29, 2026
Axiom Deal Partners ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what limited information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.
The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form, we use it only to respond to you, we do not sell or rent it to anyone, and this site does not use cookies or advertising trackers.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, your firm, your email address, your phone number (optional), the engagement type you select, and the message you write. You control what you put in that form.
Usage information. If website analytics are enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It reports only aggregate, non-identifying figures such as page views, referring sites, approximate country, and device type. It does not build profiles of individuals or track you across other websites.
We do not collect any other personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
How we use information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, to discuss a potential engagement, and to keep ordinary business records of our correspondence. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
How information is handled and shared
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider, and are then handled like any other business email. We may share your information only with service providers that operate the website and its email delivery on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where required by law. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or archived in the ordinary course. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, including under the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect this site, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a strict set of browser security policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the limited information this site handles.
International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information you submit will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown on this page.
